Mary Lynn Rajskub on 24 Movie: I’ve heard nothing

Not that this is anything new, the 24 Alumni who played Jack Bauer’s faithful tech-partner throughout most of the series regularly tweets that she has no news on the movie. This time she confirmed she knows nothing at CBS’s Fall TV previews. She said: “I’ve heard nothing. I’ve seen nothing,” and went on to joke that she will be “rewriting the screenplay myself”.

This goes along with fellow 24 Alumni, Jon Cassar, who directed seasons 1-7 of 24. He also tweets occasionally that he, nor any other of the 24 cast, know anything about the progress of a 24 movie.

What does this mean?

Well it doesn’t mean the movie isn’t happening. It just means that there’s nothing new to report yet and if there was, the old cast and crew are also in the dark. That’s Hollywood folks.
